- Electroplating method

- Dacromet method
Taking the panel of the industrial keyboard as an example, the Dallol method is to use the chemical zinc chromium film and the industrial keyboard panel to soak together, and then the industrial keyboard panel is placed in the heating furnace to bake, the furnace usually maintains a temperature of about 300 barbecue for an hour, until the surface of the industrial keyboard forms Dallol (another name for zinc chromium film). In this way, even if it touches corrosive substances in the future use process, it will not directly corrode the surface of the industrial keyboard, and this layer of Dacromet also plays an important role in the antioxidant performance.
- Mechanical method
Take the keys of the industrial keyboard as an example, put the keys to the mechanical degree in the drum, respectively, add metal particle materials, media and water mixed together, but run for about 60 minutes under the condition of high-speed rotation of the roller until the key surface forms a zinc coating, which can play a role in protecting the key surface. At the same time, it can also make the surface of the key look full of metal texture, feel better.
